Jeremy Clements Racing to honor Harry Gant during Darlington’s Throwback weekend, Featuring Harrison’s as Sponsor
Spartanburg, SC – Jeremy Clements Racing is excited to reveal its paint scheme for the much-anticipated Darlington Throwback weekend and celebrate the track’s 75th anniversary. JCR, together with their long-time partner, Harrison’s, will pay tribute to one of the most legendary drivers of the 1980s, Harry Gant. The team will revive the iconic green and white design reminiscent of Gant’s #33 1985 Winston Cup Chevrolet.
Gant’s impressive career included 21 Cup wins, 18 Xfinity wins, 8 total Darlington wins, 1985 IROC Champion, the most unforgettable month in racing history with 6 total wins in September 1991, and one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest drivers.
Alliance Driveaway Solutions, Fox Sports Spartanburg, RE Goodson 3, and Beech Ridge Barber will join Harrison’s as associate partners.
All the action for the Sport Clips VFW Help a Hero 250 will take place on Saturday, April 5th, at 3:30 EST on the CW.
